1. General Provisions
This website is owned and operated by TRIHEX ("Platform", "we", "us"). By visiting our website and accessing the information, services, products and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to this User Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and the other policies published on this website.
The Platform provides access to trading instruments including precious metals, foreign exchange pairs and cryptocurrencies, with account funding and withdrawals in cryptocurrencies.
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to open an account. Residents of jurisdictions where trading or crypto-asset services are prohibited by local law are not permitted to use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time at our discretion. An updated version becomes effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date constitutes your consent to those changes.
2. Responsible Use and Conduct
By accessing our services you agree to use them only for their intended purposes as permitted by this Agreement and applicable laws. Any information you provide during registration or verification must always be accurate, correct and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys and two-factor authentication codes. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our services by any automated, unethical or unconventional means, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services, servers or networks, is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade or resell our services or content is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration & Security
One person may hold only one account. During registration you provide your name, date of birth, address, country and phone number — this information must be genuine and kept up to date.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). TRIHEX is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our services with or without notice and for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4. Customer Due Diligence (CDD) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Our Customer Due Diligence policies are designed to ensure the responsible use of the Platform. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before trading and may be required before withdrawals. Enhanced Due Diligence may be conducted for high-risk customers.
We implement ongoing monitoring of transactions with automated systems and predefined thresholds for suspicious activities triggering further investigation. All crypto deposits pass automated AML screening via our payment infrastructure.
If a deposit is flagged by the AML check, the account is temporarily restricted to communication with our support team while the case is reviewed. Based on the review, the account is either fully restored or the case is closed in accordance with applicable regulations. Funds of illicit origin are not credited.
We retain customer information for the period required by applicable compliance regulations, and reporting procedures are in place to promptly report suspicious activities to relevant authorities where required.
5. Deposits, Bonuses & Withdrawals
Account funding is performed in cryptocurrencies to the personal deposit address generated for your account. Balances are credited only after the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor.
Promotional bonuses (for example, a first-deposit bonus) are credited as bonus balance and may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.
Withdrawals are processed to the cryptocurrency address you specify. Withdrawals up to the automatic limit displayed in your account are processed automatically; larger amounts are reviewed and processed manually by our team. A withdrawal commission may apply as shown on the withdrawal page.
6. Trading Rules
Trading becomes available only after successful identity verification (KYC).
When you open a trade, the trade amount is reserved from your account balance. When the trade is closed — manually, by stop-loss, take-profit or by our risk system — the trade amount plus or minus the trading result is returned to your balance. The maximum possible loss on a single trade is limited to its amount.
Quotes on the Platform are derived from third-party market data feeds and may differ from prices on other venues. TRIHEX may suspend trading on any instrument during extreme market conditions or technical maintenance.
Abusive strategies aimed at exploiting platform errors, latency or bonus mechanics, as well as multi-accounting and referral self-abuse, are prohibited and may result in trade cancellation and account restriction.
7. Technical Issues and Trader Responsibility
Technical issues can occasionally arise when trading online. In cases where technical issues are beyond your control, we will make every effort to provide reasonable remedies to minimize impact. You are required to take all reasonable precautions to protect your account during technical disruptions, including ceasing trading immediately when issues are identified and employing strict risk management practices.
8. Limitation of Warranty and Liability
All services we provide are "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors, or that the information obtained will be accurate or reliable.
Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. TRIHEX will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages incurred as a result of using our services, changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime, to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.
9. Copyrights and Trademarks
All content and materials available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos, are the intellectual property of TRIHEX and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by TRIHEX.
10. Dispute Resolution
You agree to first contact our support team via the live chat to resolve any dispute informally. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature; by using the Platform you acknowledge the terms of our No Chargeback Policy and Billing and Refund Policy, which form part of this Agreement.
