1. Scope: evaluation service, not deposits
TRIXAU sells access to a simulated trading evaluation. Program fees are payments for that service. They are not deposits, investments, custody balances or trading capital, and evaluation account balances are virtual demonstration figures with no cash value.
Because no client trading balance is held for the evaluation program, there is no "account balance" to liquidate. The only amounts that can be affected by a payment dispute are unpaid or disputed performance rewards and access to the service itself.
2. Crypto payments are irreversible
Evaluation fees are paid in cryptocurrency. Confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. Before paying, verify the plan, amount, network and address shown at checkout. A confirmed payment cannot be reversed through the blockchain.
3. Contact us before disputing
If you believe a payment was incorrect, duplicated or not credited, contact support first with the transaction hash. We will investigate payment confirmation, activation status and refund eligibility under the Billing & Refund Policy and Evaluation Program Terms.
4. Consequences of a chargeback or payment dispute
If you initiate a chargeback, reversal or payment dispute for an evaluation fee, TRIXAU may suspend or close the associated account, void the affected evaluation result, cancel pending reward requests and refuse future purchases. Where a reward has not yet been paid, it may be withheld until the dispute is resolved.
TRIXAU may recover only actual, documented costs caused by the dispute — for example payment processor fees, network fees, administrative handling and reasonable legal costs. We do not treat simulated profits as client funds and do not confiscate virtual balances as if they were money.
5. Fraud and abuse
Stolen payment methods, third-party payments without authorization, identity mismatch, multi-account abuse or attempts to exploit the simulated environment may lead to immediate termination and reporting to payment providers or authorities where required.
6. Acceptance
By purchasing an evaluation you confirm that you understand the service is simulated, that crypto payments are irreversible, and that this policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions, Evaluation Program Terms and Billing & Refund Policy.
