No Chargeback Policy

1. Irreversibility of Crypto Transactions

Account funding on the TRIHEX platform is performed in cryptocurrencies. By their nature, confirmed cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and cannot be charged back through the blockchain. By making a deposit you acknowledge and accept this fundamental property of cryptocurrency payments.

2. No Chargeback Agreement

By depositing funds or purchasing any services from TRIHEX, you agree to this No Chargeback Policy and acknowledge that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute or transaction reversal through your bank, card provider, exchange or payment processor in relation to any payment connected with your account. Any attempt to reverse a transaction constitutes a violation of this agreement.

If you believe there is an error with your account or a payment, you agree to contact our support team via the live chat first so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.

3. Consequences of a Chargeback Attempt

In the event that a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by you or any party associated with your account, TRIHEX reserves the right to immediately and permanently close all accounts associated with you and liquidate any outstanding balances.

Any and all profits and balances in such accounts will be forfeited to cover fees, penalties, administrative costs and any other expenses associated with the chargeback attempt, and you expressly agree that the company may retain any and all funds in excess of the amount required to cover such costs.

Any user found attempting a chargeback will be permanently banned from all services offered by TRIHEX and will be denied access to any future services, products or accounts.

4. Recovery of Costs

In the case that a chargeback is filed, TRIHEX reserves the right to recover the full cost of all associated fees — including but not limited to chargeback fees, administrative fees, processing penalties and legal fees — directly from the account holder, and to suspend or forfeit any remaining balances or credits, close accounts and revoke access to services without refund.

5. Acceptance

By proceeding with any deposit or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this No Chargeback Policy, and you agree that it forms part of the platform's Terms and Conditions and is legally binding upon confirmation of your order.
