Evaluation Program Terms

1. Nature of the Program
The TRIXAU evaluation program ("Program") is a simulated trading assessment. All evaluation accounts are demonstration accounts with virtual capital. No real client funds are traded, and no trades are executed on any real market. Program fees are payments for access to the evaluation service and educational trading infrastructure — they are not deposits, investments or refundable balances.
TRIXAU is not a broker, futures commission merchant, commodity trading adviser, investment adviser, or exchange. The Program does not provide investment, legal or tax advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. The Program is not available where prohibited by local law. One person may operate only one user account. Providing false personal information or using VPN/proxy services or third-party identities to circumvent restrictions leads to immediate termination without any reward.
3. Evaluation Plans and Fees
Each evaluation plan defines a virtual account size, a profit target, a daily loss limit, a maximum drawdown limit and a profit split. Current plan parameters are published on the evaluation page and are binding from the moment of purchase.
Fees are payable in cryptocurrency via our payment provider. An evaluation account is activated once the corresponding payment is confirmed on-chain. Fees are non-refundable once the evaluation account has been activated, except as required by applicable law or our Billing & Refund Policy.
4. Trading Rules
Profit target. To pass the evaluation, the account equity must reach the published profit target while respecting all loss limits.
Daily loss limit. If the account equity (including floating profit/loss on open positions) falls to or below the daily loss floor, the evaluation is failed immediately. The floor is recalculated at each daily reset.
Maximum drawdown. If the account equity (including floating profit/loss) falls to or below the maximum drawdown floor, the evaluation is failed immediately.
Automatic enforcement. Rules are enforced automatically and continuously against live market prices, including on open positions. Positions may be closed automatically when a limit is breached.
Stop-loss and take-profit. Orders may include stop-loss and take-profit levels, which are executed at the specified price when reached by the market quote.
5. Prohibited Practices
Exploiting pricing errors, latency arbitrage, quote-feed manipulation, use of multiple accounts, account sharing, copy-trading between accounts, or any activity designed to abuse the simulated environment rather than demonstrate genuine trading skill is prohibited. Accounts engaged in such practices are terminated and any associated reward requests are void.
6. Performance Rewards (Payouts)
Upon passing an evaluation, you may request a performance reward equal to the plan's profit split applied to the simulated profit generated on the evaluation account. Rewards are discretionary performance payments for the evaluation service, not investment returns, interest, or profit distributions from real trading.
Identity verification. A successfully completed KYC (identity verification) is mandatory before the first reward request. We may request additional documentation at any time.
Payment method. Rewards are paid in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to the wallet address you provide, through our third-party payment provider. You are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid address under your own control. Transactions to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.
Processing. Reward requests are reviewed manually. We may decline a request where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, prohibited practices, AML/sanctions concerns, or an incorrect evaluation result. A rejected request states its reason; where applicable you may correct the issue and submit a new request.
One active request. Only one reward request per evaluation account may be pending at a time. A passed evaluation account is eligible for a single reward based on the profit at the moment of the request.
Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties or reporting obligations arising from rewards in your jurisdiction.
7. No Investment, No Guarantees
Simulated performance has inherent limitations and does not predict live trading results. Nothing in the Program constitutes an offer of securities, collective investment, asset management or custody. We do not guarantee any reward, income or result.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is effective upon posting on this page. Plan parameters purchased before an update remain governed by the parameters in effect at the time of purchase, except where a change is required by law or security considerations.
