Billing and Refund Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Deposits and Billing
Account funding on TRIHEX is performed in cryptocurrencies to the personal deposit address generated for your account. There are no subscription plans or recurring billing cycles — you deposit only the amounts you choose, at the times you choose.
Balances are credited only after the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor. A deposit bonus may be credited as bonus balance according to the conditions of the promotion active at the time of the deposit.
2. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the cryptocurrency address you specify in your account. Withdrawals up to the automatic limit displayed on the withdrawal page are processed automatically; larger amounts are reviewed and processed manually by our team.
A withdrawal commission may apply as shown on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals may require completed identity verification (KYC) and successful AML screening of your deposit history.
3. Refund Policy
Confirmed cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. For this reason, all deposits are final and NON-REFUNDABLE once confirmed on the blockchain, with no exceptions, except in the cases described below.
Refunds or balance corrections may be issued solely at our discretion in the case of a proven technical error on our side — for example, a confirmed deposit that was not credited to your balance, or a duplicate crediting. To request a review, contact our support team via the live chat and provide the transaction hash (TXID).
Trading results are final: losses incurred as a result of your own trading decisions are not grounds for a refund.
4. Payment Disputes
You agree not to dispute any payments and to contact our support team first in the event of any billing question. Any dispute or chargeback attempt will be handled according to our No Chargeback Policy and may result in all associated accounts being immediately forfeited, access to the platform being revoked, and a permanent ban from the company's services.
5. Account Inactivity
Accounts with no activity for an extended period may be restricted or closed at our discretion. Remaining balances on such accounts may be withdrawn by the account holder upon request after successful verification, subject to applicable compliance procedures.
