Billing and Refund Policy

1. What you pay for

TRIXAU charges a one-time fee for access to a simulated evaluation account and the related evaluation infrastructure. Fees are not deposits, investments, custody balances or trading capital. There are no subscriptions or recurring billing cycles unless expressly shown at checkout.

2. Payment confirmation

Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment provider. An evaluation account is activated after the transaction is confirmed on-chain and matched to your order. Network congestion, incorrect network selection or an underpayment can delay or prevent activation.

3. Refunds

Confirmed cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Evaluation fees are non-refundable once the evaluation account has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

A refund or correction may be issued only for a proven billing error on our side — for example a confirmed payment that was not credited to an order, or a duplicate charge for the same order. To request a review, contact us with the transaction hash and order details.

Evaluation results are final: failing the published rules, changing your mind after activation, or simulated losses are not grounds for a refund.

4. Performance rewards

Approved performance rewards are paid in USDT on TRON (TRC20) after KYC and manual review. Rewards are not refunds, account balances or investment returns; they are discretionary performance payments under the Evaluation Program Terms.

5. Payment disputes

Contact us before opening a dispute. Chargebacks and reversals are handled under the Payment Integrity Policy and may lead to suspension, voided evaluation results, cancellation of unpaid rewards and recovery of documented dispute costs.
