Anti-Fraud Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Impersonation Warning
TRIHEX would like to alert you to the risk of websites which may impersonate our platform. These fraudulent websites may try to swindle clients out of money and personal information, such as identification documents, by mimicking the "look and feel" of our website using similar branding, logos, design or content.
Always make sure you access the Platform through the official address you used at registration. TRIHEX does not have any connection or affiliation with third-party websites and/or companies claiming to represent us. Members of the public should always exercise care in giving out personal data and information.
2. Protecting Your Account
Never share your password, two-factor authentication codes or API keys with anyone, including people claiming to be TRIHEX employees. Our team will never ask for your password.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and use a unique, strong password. Be cautious of phishing emails and messages that imitate our communications — our support contacts you only through the official live chat inside your account and the official notification channels.
3. Our Anti-Fraud Measures
We employ automated monitoring of registrations, logins, deposits and trading activity to detect fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, referral self-abuse and the use of stolen or illicit funds. All crypto deposits pass automated AML screening.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before trading. Uploading forged, altered or third-party documents leads to permanent account closure.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be restricted immediately — limited to communication with our support team — while the case is investigated by our compliance team.
4. Consequences of Fraud
Confirmed fraud results in permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances obtained through fraudulent activity, and, where required, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities. Decisions of the compliance team following an investigation are final.
5. Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you suspect that fraudulent activity or irregularities may have occurred with respect to your account, or if you have encountered a website or person impersonating TRIHEX, please contact our support team via the live chat immediately.
